Dime is *extremely* careful about making sure no copyrighted or officially released material is torrented, and if an artists requests removal they will always comply. Dime is about "respect* which is something that cannot be said about most of the others. That is one of the reasons it is such a popular tracker. Inactive accounts get purged daily so if you are even just a bit persistent you will get an account in short time.
