I have been laid up for the past 10 days recovering from surgery. Originally, I sent a similar message from home last week, but I don't believe it made it to the list. Let's hope this one does... John Barone: Received the check. Thank you. Unfortunately, my secretary left my personal mail sitting on my desk for the past week and a half (see below). Your CD is in the mail today. I will not cash the check for another week or so... Tim Morrison: A check has been sitting in an envelope on my desk for the past 11 days. I guess my secretary didn't want to loan me a stamp. It is in the mail today. All other disc's etc. have been in the mail nearly 2 weeks now, so you should be receiving them soon. Let me know if you received them in good shape. I have also found 2 items: First, I did locate 1 "Lovesick" disc. I think I have 2 names on file that are interested in this disc. I will be contacting you folks later on that disc. Second, a "Geek The Girl" promo CD from 4AD. The cover has an onion skin-like appearance and is hand lettered. There is no other art on the front cover. The back has the standard 4AD promo art and track listing. The CD itself appears to be orange-red in color, nothing like the imprinting/art on the US release of GtG. Anyone interested in this disc should contact me by next Monday, April 27. I am traveling until the weekend and won't be able to deal with this until then. My cost on this, plus S&H should put overall cost at $9.25 US. If you are overseas, add an additional $2.00 for postage. Please send inquiries on this disc to Marc.Tobolski@CableOne.net Also, the "Falling From Grace" soundtrack is out of print. Is anyone on the list interested in this disc? If so, I will pick those up as I find them. That's it, I think. Will be putting together some hard-to-find Lisa tracks (in her brother John's band "Frank Haney & The Farmers", backing Gordon Phillips in a live setting and other stuff) and converting to RealAudio over the weekend and will be putting a link up sometime next week. ------------------------------ End of sycophant-digest V3 #20 ****************************** ======================================================================== Please send any questions or comments about the list to sycophant-owner@smoe.org
