I never before made the connection to the Kids In The Hall sketch where Bruce McCulloch sings a song with the same words. At least THREE people wanted to know if I had brought DVN, for one person it was the first question I was asked, one person lamented never having heard DVN until I put Bendy in, and I initiated several others. :-) I almost got caught at a DVN concert a couple years ago Chrsitmas. I was in the back of the hall, and couldn't see very well, but they were doing a "we have a guest comgin on stage" intro, and someone was "hiding" at the back of the stage. Knowing that they occaasionally do KOS I was bouncing up and down hyperactively waiting. However, some 6th sense kept me from screaming " . .. of Spain!" when they introdced "The King . . ." . . . who then went on to sing "Blue Christmas" Elvis-style. *gulp* *mental note to keep mouth shut* ladywench FruSpace - We came, we saw, we slept on the floor. My life is an ever changing kaleidoscope . . . look at all the pretty colors!! ------------------------------ End of alt.music.moxy-fruvous digest V4 #468 ********************************************
