I was just wondering if you could help? I'd be willing to pay for a decent copy. Thanks, Sean - ----------------------------------------------------------- Got questions? A whole bunch of people in my group were talking about DMB and this one guy was telling me he wasn't going to be able to see them this year for the first time in 5 years. So I was telling him I was hoping to be able to see one of my favorite bands, and he asked who and I said uh...Moxy Fruvous. And he goes Moxy Fruvous? Thinking I'd have to explain who they were, I was shocked when he looked at me. And started singing King of Spain. My mouth dropped open for about 10 seconds til I recovered and joined in. We were hanging in this big lecture hall waiting for the next workshop singing fruvous. It was really awesome to be able to sing "unknown songs" with someone you barely know. So he said they were an awesome band even though he hadn't heard a lot of their songs and stuff. Then we talked about GWS for awhile and the workshop started. It was a very cool little side-thing that happened. I was excited. Just wanted to share. :) - -----------> Ln ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 22 Jul 2000 21:30:43 EDT From: "Lauren Seyler" Subject: cute fru moment I lullabyed (spelling?) a tired girl in my group yesterday with "Morphee". I think I may have even pronounced the words somewhat right. And BTW, my girls (or so I call them) love "Johnny Saucep'n". Quote: "Sing the fast song again!" Unfortunately, I still can't get them to stop singing "Ooops... I Did It Again". God help me. I don't know whether to jump for joy or die of embarassment (although the latter seems like the best option). I just recently found out that the Jian look-alike actually *works* at the camp. As a matter of fact, I see him everyday now. Does this mean I'm actually going to attempot to talk to him? Don't count on it. (I have a hard enough time conversing with the real thing!) Lauren P.S. If anyone was wondering why I call him Jian's *evil* twin, it's b/c this man really needs to smile more. He seems sort of grumpy to me. P.P.S. On Thursday, we took our camp unit of 5- and 6-year-olds on a trip to Storybook Land. No, we didn't burn it down. (Those of you who were at the 4/20 Mays Landing show will get the ref.)
