I would love to find "Sorry" by itself sincemy copy is 4th or 5th generation, to put on a separate mixtape butwill just have to keep searching. Hello, I want to go down to this show. It may be a last minute decision, though. I will be driving down from south jersey. I was wondering if anyone is familiar enough with this venue to let me know if I need to buy a ticket in advance. And also is there a nice place in the area to grab a beer and sandwich before the show. I will probably get there a few hours early. Thanks, FredL. ------------------------------ Date: 23 Apr 2000 01:52:51 GMT From: bbwminors@aol.com (BBWMinors) Subject: Re: Ramshead Tavern tix????? OK, I'm sure others will chime in with more and/or better info but here goes ... I would definitely call the venue (you can get the number through Fruvous.dot.com) and reserve a ticket because it is reserved seats so a) better to find out if it's sold out before you go and b) if it's not the sooner you call the better a seat you'll get). We found a great little place last time we were there down the street from the venue. Can't remember the name (big help I am, right???) but it's something like "Cafe 47" or "Cafe 49" ... anyway, it's the name of the street number and it's the same street as Rams Head. Great little wine bar cafe with food (we had good hummus), beer and wine and the kind of place you can hang by yourself with a good book and no one will bug you. I hope to be there myself ... (http://www.ramsheadtavern.com/) TicketBastard agrees. Also, tickets are on sale now for the Jun 2 show at the Vault. As an amusing aside, TB is using the promo pix from Bargainville. http://www.ticketmaster.com/cgi/artist.idc?searchname=MOXY_FRUVOUS&state=MD&type=STATE&minorcatnum= BBWMinors wrote: > > OK, I'm sure others will chime in with more and/or better info but here goes > ... > > I would definitely call the venue (you can get the number through > Fruvous.dot.com) and reserve a ticket because it is reserved seats so a) better > to find out if it's sold out before you go and b) if it's not the sooner you > call the better a seat you'll get). > > We found a great little place last time we were there down the street from the > venue.
