I don't know why it's taken me so long to think of it. I sell Mary Kay in the DC and Fredericksburg, VA area...I'm located in Chantilly, VA currently. If any of you locals would like a free facial or makeover, I'd love to get together with you. Invite some friends and earn hostess credit and gifts. For those of you not in my area, check out Official Mary Kay Site for the latest products and I'd love to ship you whatever you'd like without shipping fees! Men in the area looking for the perfect Valentine's Day gift!? I'm asking all the men I know if they'd like to buy a gift certificate for their significant others, special friends, or moms/sisters for Valentine's Day. It's a great last minute idea that I'm sure all the women in your life will love. I'll deliver (to you or her) a silk rose with a note that it's from you in a card that entitles her to an appointment with me to choose whatever products she wants. You decide the amount of the Gift credit. What do you think? Can't go wrong. Also, if anyone is interested in Mary Kay as a part-time career or new business then I can answer your questions and guide your path. If for no other reason, use it as an excuse to buy at wholesale (40-50% off)! Okay, I've said my peace. Is this a small place? > Does it usually sell out? yes, and yes. canal street tavern holds about 200, and it was full-to-brimmin' last feb. when they appeared. however, they'd also sent out a postcard (pink w/ a fish on it, i believe) advertising their dates in dayton, pittsburgh, DC & philly beforehand. mommy-dearest is doing her part to promote this, and it's listed on www.pollstar.com, but otherwise...? it's standing room for the most part along the stage, with chairs in the back, at the bar & on either sides of the room. church pews & other sundry seating arrangements. a couple random poles in the middle of the room, so get there early so as not to be stuck behind one of them. and say hi to my mom, who got tickets #21-29. *grin* wishing i could be there-- ^kat^ "see me drawing out his spine" http://fly.to/the.midway.after.dark ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 12 Feb 2000 01:22:01 GMT From: "@*_*@ Christine K" Subject: Oh Canada Tab Archive I thought that some on the NG would like to have this in case they didn't know about it.
