"Excursion a Venice" and "Complainte Pour Ste. Catharine," both on the French Record but also the latter on their first album which was voted at the time one of the 10 Best of the Year by many national critics (I want to say 1975? Maybe 1976? I was in high school I think) ... and I adore "Heart Like A Wheel" (their version with three-part harmony is so far superior to the Ronstadt version that was title track of her first big LP) and "Talk to me of Mendocino," also both from first album. That's just offhand. I'll go back to hiding again. Sorry to bother you. I can remember it came on Sunday evenings along with Fraggle Rock, Dr. Snuggles, Today's Special and other nifty kiddie shows :) They can't be THAT old, since I'm only 19 and remember most of the shows (canadian anyway) Ellen mentioned and that these threads have brought up. Or maybe I just watch too much TV :) As long as we are talking about dog shows, does anyone remember a HORRIBLY-acted Canadian TV show called The Littlest Hobo? Ya know, the one where the dog was a better actor than any of the actual people (some of whom who were actors before they were famous)? In fact, I think the show is still on, I caught a few episodes not too long ago. Oh man, horrible doesn't describe it, but I see definite cult-status with that show :) jen ===== ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ I stayed up all night playing poker with tarot cards. It's bad news so far, only 23 paid orders to date. That leaves only Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday to get over 50 more paid orders. Friday morning we place, or cancel the order with the printer. We have 29 additional shirts reserved by e-mail, assuming we receive their payments by Thursday, that leaves us far short of the printers minimum.
