Does this mean that you guys > have "suave" misspelled as "sauve" every time in the Down From Above lyrics, > too? Oh, the *entire* Wood lyric sheet is riddled with misspellings and typos. One reason I'm not as familiar with the words to those songs is that I have so much trouble reading along while listening - I'm really compulsive about proofreading, and all of those errors just bug the hell out of me. I don't even speak French, but I can tell there are typos in the French lyrics as well. And they misspelled that one guy's name on the back too. k@ - -- The Katrin(tm) (white baked epoxy enamel) Toilet Tissue dispensers are made with 22 gauge steel, which assures security and minimizes vandalism and waste. I was in a bead store here in Denver a few years ago, and saw this woman who looked really familiar. Try as I might, I couldn't place her face. Finally I asked her name; she said Celeste. "Celeste from NORTH DAKOTA?" Sure enough, it was Celeste Krenz, whom I had heard sing on the patio of the Windmill restaurant back in the 80s. I re-introduced myself to her. She was just starting to make a name for herself on the Denver (and national) country-rock scene at the time, and since then she's apparently been doing quite well. She recently performed at the Rocky Mountain Folks Fest, but I couldn't get there that day. It's been a couple of years since the last time I saw her, but she's remembered me by name every time she's seen me. If there were no core to their work they could not maintain their fandom, They also wouldnt' be human. Everyone artist from the first cave painters, through Beethoven and including Moxy Fruvous has a style. Yes it isn't a rigid blueprint. Artists Grow, They also sometimes decline but that doesn't mean that each work is totally independant of the whole. To me and to others apparently Thornhll is a further deviation from what we expect than their other albums. Once again I will point out I like Thornhill but I don't love it. If this was what they were going to produce from now on I wouldn't be a fanatic. Its not of course, in concert they still perform the upbeat, the offbeat and the outrageous. I don't even think its a case of Moxy selling out, its just what they happened to want to try at the moment. I can imagine the chatter on Alt.music.Beethoven after his eight symphony came out. People would be saying, what happened to Ludwig? Where is the Magificense of the 7th, the Drama of the 5th, The slow Majesty of the 6th. Others would be saying. What? The 8th has all those things, its just subtler. Others would be saying. You have no right to comment on what Ludwig wishes to do. Of course in the end he followed the 8th with his masterpiece the 9th and then everyone could be happy again. God I ramble on. I am suffering from a severe case of rightious indignation.
