Well, see, I'm confused about all this. See, I don't know who's people I belong to...I'm so confused. Usually, I end up stage Dave...I've only been stage Murray *once* I think (not that it wasn't an enjoyable experience :)). But Murray is cool because he wears my shirt (Murray is cool for other reasons, too, but that's my personal reason, and that he *really* made me laugh this weekend, but the premise of the joke he made would take ages to explain and you probably have to know my mom, too). And I am an I for MB type. But see, Jian is cool, too...most people that know me would probably say I was a Jian's people. But then what about the fact that I haven't even mentioned Mike, so now I feel bad, and there really aren't too many Mike's people, so maybe I should become one of those. My *real* point here (which I, of course, haven't even touched on yet, as is the way of Lizzie) is that what if I wanted to be a Tobey's people? Could I, or no? Because if we're defining being a someone's people by where they can be located at shows, Tobey (i.e. the merch table) would be a legitimate place. I suppose what I'm asking is how do you define a people's person (that didn't even make sense to me. don't worry)??? Oh, and Angie! Well, I can explain how to do it using Netscape's mail reader. It may be similar on other's readers, I dunno. Go to Edit->Message Filters I can setup a filter for the newsgroup alt.music.moxy-fruvous in there. Hit New and title the Filter AMMF Killfile Click Match any of the following. Change subject to sender, change contains to begins with, and add the beginning of the email to the blank (for example, chadm will killfile me). Make the "then" clause call delete and hoila! If you get the newsgroup through email in Netscape, you can do the same, just hit the "more" button once to add an additional condition that is "sender of the message begins with ammf" and click the Match All of the Following button. Hope that helps a little bit, Bridget. If you want private help that's more you specific, feel free to email me. - Chad ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 29 Jul 1999 22:53:22 -0400 From: chad schrock Subject: Re: OT: OC Beach Idea...
