Fruvous is scheduled to play on Saturday night, just before Loudon Wainwright III, who closes the show on Saturday. (Flashback to The Bottom Line, NYC, June '96). The PFF people couldn't tell you what time exactly they are playing because there really isn't much of a formal time schedule for the evening concerts at the PFF. The first performer starts at 7:30, and they just go from there. I was just wondering if a couple people decided to make a tribute to Fruvous by singing YWGTTM or something of the like. If it hasn't been done then I think it should if it is at all possible at the next Fru-Con and if I am going then I would participate. I'm just trying see if their is interest first in this endevour. BTW on my vision I'm kind of selfish too about not wanting too many new fans, (it will be even HARDER for me to get their music). I just sometimes have these visions in my dreams and they are almost NEVER wrong. eg. I once had a dream that involved a huge crowd flocking in the middle of the ocean to watch a couple kissing on a sinking ship. Then a few days later I first heard of the Titianic movie. So, anyway. What he said! Now, the more difficult definitions are for "nerd" and "dork" which are both freqently misused in modern English, which is quite sad. - -- chad at radix dot net ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Jul 1999 01:55:09 GMT From: StarflashJ@aol.com Subject: Re: King of Spain I found an Mp3 of GreenEggs and Ham on the Internet.. and if i can remember the site I got it from, I will let everyone know what it is! :-) jen ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Jul 1999 01:47:34 GMT From: trace@frumail.org (Trace) Subject: Re: Myers-Briggs On Mon, 26 Jul 1999 09:38:07 -0400, Fiona wrote: Count me as an ENFP - -- Trace trace@frumail.org I love my...[wubbity wubbity wubbity]...boss! -2/21 Lee's Palace *sniff* Target is within sniffing range. At FruCon II, George Nowik (norg) brought sheet music for at least Gulf War Song, broken down into SATB parts, which he had figured out. A bunch of us sat in a corner and sang through it several times, and then sang it in the actual FruCon room, with everyone helping on the melody. It was nifty.
