Notice how Mike's head is bigger then the rest of them... hmmm I wonder what that means. I mean, welcome to the contingent... I just want to say that you should stay far far away from the area of St. Clair West and Caledonia. All the freaks live here.... I mean there! And it's not a good area in general. The pool that's really close is always too full... oh wait... probably should mention that... or the excellent Gelato place nearby... Gack! I'll even look around for a dark alley with you so it can be done properly. anyway: Before anyone (especially anyone in the band) thinks I've gone nuts, I'd just like to say that my new website -- which really does exist -- is simply for the fun of it, and that I am *not* as crazy as it makes me look. Hey folks... this is sort of off topic, but I wanted to share this and also find out what feelings were in the Fruvous group. For those that have been around me during concerts you know I have a habit of belting out tunes during the show. I really am not conscious of doing it, I just feel compelled to sing along. Well, something made me decide to ask about this at the Susan Werner Mailing list (since I'll be seeing her on Sat and Sun) and I'm glad I did. They didn't actually bite my head off, but it was a resounding "Don't do it, we hate it." kinda thing. This is in no way meant in offense to any "believers" who cross-subscribe, I just got this whole "hey, welcome to the club but don't go steppin' outta line" kinda feeling. I'm sure a lot of it is the type of performer Susan is and her type of music, but I certainly felt myself backed in a corner with fingers wagging at me going "No no no no no." ;^) So, I now feel compelled to present the same question to you as a representative FruFan body... what are your opinions on fans singing along with the band during concerts? If I'm breaking concert etiquette here, I'll either banish myself to the back of the crowd or stuff a t-shirt in my mouth for the duration of the concert. The SW mailing list definitely has a far different atmosphere than here... some places you just hafta call home... - --Angie cowering in a corner, licking her wounds They say that the Road to Hell is paved with good intentions... well, at least it will be a smooth ride - --me ____________________________________________________________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape WebMail account today at http://webmail.netscape.com. ------------------------------ End of alt.music.moxy-fruvous digest V3 #616 ********************************************
