It probably has something to do with logistics or coordinating marketing resources, or some issue we're unfamiliar with. The decision to hit the US first might simply be a numbers issue, since the US has a larger population. That doesn't make the US better than Canada, unless by better you mean that there are more wallets here that might open up and buy "Thornhill." I wouldn't take it as a national slight, I'm sure the goal is that "Thornhill" be well received in the US AND Canada. :-) - -- Trace trace@frumail.org *sniff* Target is within sniffing range. I'm getting a little >spoiled with seeing them at Festivals and being able to find a great spot >immediately. First, the Ramshead has reserved seating, so if you plan on going, order your tickets early (like..um..*now* would be good) to insure a good view. It is set up with tables that accomodate 4 people each, and there is unfortunately no dancing (or talking) allowed during the show. If I remember correctly, there was a strange, side area in the Ramshead with pretty much *no view* of the stage. Ordering your ticket early will insure you don't get stuck in that section I think. Last year's show at the Ramshead produced an awesome set, where the guys did the 4 solos (and Murray debuted Pork Tenderloin), and played a very "Woodsy" set (opened with Down From Above ->Horsehoes -> Fly -> PTT, and Organ Grinder somewhere in the mix). And of course, *every* Frushow is worth the trip :-) Hope this helps. - -- Trace trace@frumail.org *sniff* Target is within sniffing range. Hailing on all frequencies. *woop woop* Visual acquired.
