It's an Elvis Costello song. If you like the song (and Elvis is really incredible - one of the best lyricists ever) you can get it a couple places. If you are new to Elvis, check out Ryko's compilation (it's green). It's got like 23 tracks, and though it is very light on Spike (the best Costello album no matter what anyone else tells you) it has many of his best works on there.
