I was just wondering if it was possible. I will admit that MIke scared me the first time I saw him after a show. But I met him after a recent show and he is such a great guy! He must have just been having a bad day. But I am mad at him b/c that makes the choice so much harder! =+) Fruchild) As I commented once before (last week, I believe)... why make life difficult by choosing? I love Moxy Früvous... I adore them all. Well, ok... some more than others, and for different reasons. Case in point: right now I'm torn between Dave and Murray being my Fave Frü's, because of the great conversations I had with each of them Thurs. Everytime I listen to 'b,' Mike's my fave because of the Kid's song (My sister has three... gender biases... That cracks me up every time!). Jian's my fave because I love percussion and play a dumbek myself. Of my actual interactions with the 'Lads, I think I'm "closest" with Murray right now, but that too changes with every concert (again, thinking back to Thurs nite). Why choose? We let Carl navigate because he spent several years living in the area. Y'all don't know Carl, but he's an unbelievably smart guy with no sense of direction. Anyway, he steered us onto the wrong highway. We called our friends from the parking lot of that amazingly large mall and waited there until they showed up. We ended up at the show, where I also recognized the Drinking Song. They didn't do a second encore at the Birchmere, reportedly because the house manager misunderstood when they said they were going to do one. 3,000 people singing the Drinking Song is impressive. It wasn't a mass voice, but by the end there was some sense of unity. - --Amanda - -----------== Posted via Deja News, The Discussion Network ==---------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Discuss, or Start Your Own ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 08 Dec 1998 03:06:34 GMT From: schr9271@fredonia.edu Subject: Re: either/or yup...still playing... > Frasier or Niles?
