I actually MET a dude at the TLA show around this time last year who I'd seen around the office in NJ. That was pretty weird, especially since I'd gone totally alone and (at the time) just on a whim, barely into MF at all. It was my first show. Interesting that Wilmington will be just shy of a year from my first...and will be my sixth. I got kind of aggressively interested around June, I guess you could say (the month, not the nice Folk Survivor lady...) ;-) Andrea Krause wrote: > On Wed, 28 Oct 1998 21:19:17 GMT, "Demetriou, Melanie" > wrote: > > >I just had an experience I know I will treasure always... > > > >I work in a conservative (to say the least) insurance company. I'm ready to set myself up like an idiot but it's for the sake of science ... is there REALLY an alt.music.jules.shear? And if so, how do I find it (yes, yes, still compunewbie, tried aol netfind and nothing came up). I spent most of my sophomore year of college listening to the first Jules and the Polar Bears album and "Easy to Begin" from the Funky Kings is still on my Top 10 alltime song list. By the way ... I'm counting the days (eight) until I too lose my Fruginity in Baltimore. Jian, if you're reading this, be gentle. (LOL, guys, honest). I don't need roses or chocolate, just "Gulf War Song."
