Jeez, I'm taking heat from all sides over that one. :)  Okay, let me
make it clear - the only reason Murray was "the other guy" was because
I thought of stupid ways to describe the other three guys first.  I
know he's a very cool person (or at least he was to me when I talked
to him) and I know he's a kickass (gratuitous swearing is always
welcome) bass player.  Any of the non-Jians could have been the other
guy.  (The "recognizable brown guy" comment wrote itself.) :)

When Louis' was renovated a year or two ago, they put some special
stuff on the floor - apparently the floor was getting too slippery
when beer and stuff got spilled on there.  I think that was the reason
of the metallic floor.

Ellen, I heard/read The Bayou would be closing their doors on New Year's Eve. 
Don't forget the Nields will be there on November 13th!!!
