Why go to the expense of taking your two favourite Chads to a Fruvous concert? Instead just take one Chad and put him next to a full length mirror. We defy you to tell the difference! Instantly your Chad bills are cut in half: half the travel expenses, only one ticket needed, etc etc. This money saving scheme was brought to you by Dr Butterworth's Slightly Suspicious Mail Order Company. What the heck is the deal with this spooky Tom Engfer guy? Does this sort of Anti-Fruvous sentiment crop up often? I'm new to this thing, so I'm just not used to seeing such bizarre and unfounded crabbiness. Yeesh. Take a breath, man. Oh, and just to let you Canadians out there know, not all US Citizens are assholes. Some of us rather like Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Ah, well, to each his own, I suppose. Hey-ho! Just a quick message to say thanks to everyone who responded about the party - I took note of about 70 people, and I'm sure we'll have a lot more who either didn't respond, or who aren't on the 'net. Just to reassure EVERYONE - the list I was taking is in NO WAY an invite list or a final list. This is NOT an invite party - it's open to everyone who comes to the Saturday show, and you don't have to preregister. Tix for the after-show party will be available at the door on Saturday night, so you don't have to decide until then, and you don't have to do anything in advance. "the list" was just a courtesy to the Iron Horse, and a way to convince them that enough people would come to make it worth their while staying open after the show (and hopefully to convince them not to book an act following Fruvous!). So, as of now, you don't have to bother letting me know if you're going to come or not. Although, you're free to email me if you just WANT to let me know! It's been fun keeping the list, and seeing all these names of people I want to meet, not to mention striking up short conversations with people... Thanks again, and I look forward to meeting you all soon! - -Zard "www.washme.com" - seen on the back window of a filthy station wagon, heading to Owen Sound, ON ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Sep 1998 12:45:24 GMT From: Loren Becker Subject: Re: another question.... > Logistically, I don't think it would be possible.
