It was probably the single funniest intro I've ever heard them do; I would have been satisfied with all their cutting up, all by itself! And thanks for your work transcribing, Chrissy! It was great fun to read! ceecee ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 11 Sep 1998 23:33:32 -0400 From: Chad Schrock Subject: Re: Name tags for NoHo? aeves@alpha.confederationc.on.ca wrote: <--snip--> > Speaking of isolated Fruheads, I think we should come up with > a 'Dedicated Fruhead' award for Richard *g* Any suggestions? :) We pitch in and buy him a pint or six? :) - -- chad@ radix.net ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 Sep 1998 13:26:49 GMT From: hKatherine@ehmail.com Subject: Re: The Rhyming Frulad My favorite rhyme is still: "We lived in the noise and The sweet amber poison..." I loved Murray during the Omni-Mayor improv at Mel Lastman Square with his "[Omni-Mayor!] He's everywhere! [Omni-Mayor!] He's over there! [Omni-Mayor!] He's under your chair! [Omni-Mayor!] He *needs* that pear!" LOL! - -- Ingrid "I'm 34. That's my favorite variation. That's where you can put down whatever letters you want and it is valid as long as you can convince the other people playing that you can pronounce it like a real word. Things like: kwikli (quickly) prablim (problem) noc (knock) uth (youth) And of course it gets as wild as you can imagine once people get the hang of things and realize the potential of the X. You know, this is my second post about scrabble on the ng in two entirely different threads.
