I spotted quite a few Frushirts on people and I actually wore my own "I Love Canadian Boys" shirt to the workshop entitled "Friends to the North" with Mad Pudding, Garnet Rogers and the completely amazing Barachois. One of the guy from Barachois (the blonde one, if anyone is familar with the band) commented on my shirt, grinning, raising an eyebrow and saying "I'm Canadian" My friend Jayne was running a photography booth at the fest which featured a black and white print of Dave that looked to be taken right before "Say, not bad!" in GE&H. She also had an adorable pic of Jian and Vance Gilbert, a very amusing songwriter. The Neilds were great, and it was my first time seeing Eddie From Ohio, to which I can only say.....I am speechless (they were incredible, any EFO fans here? I saw Dave wearing one of their shirts once.) ~Joni ------------------------------ End of alt.music.moxy-fruvous digest V1 #405 ********************************************
