I mean, look at where Jian's position on stage is. Right. Next to Murray, the _bass_ player. So, I'd say white perch is your best bet. - Chad ------------------------------ Date: 7 Aug 1998 22:59:20 GMT From: wbsmiles@aol.com (Wbsmiles) Subject: Re: perch? There are different types of vegetarians. you have your vegans, who eat nothing that comes from an animal at all, this includes no seafood of any kind as well as no byproducts including eggs or milk. Then there are pesco-vegetarians, the only kind of animals they eat are fish, and they eat no eggs or milk products. The you have lacto-vegetarians who drink milk and eat milk products but eat no fish or eggs, then you have your ovo-vegetarians who eat eggs. One of my best friends is a pesco-ovo-lacto vegetarian, which mean he doesn't eat "meat" but eats fish, eggs, and milk products. Ain't as simple as it seems is it?!?! Hope this helps and doesn't confuse you more! The radio station called this morning and she's the grand-prize winner, so we get to do all this goofy stuff like play ping-pong with BNL (like bowling with Fruvous wasn't enough?), eat ice cream with Alana Davis (32 Flavors, get it?) and get a harmonica lesson from John Popper of Blues Traveler! Like I wasn't already psyched.... Again, have a great weekend in T.O., folks! The type you're thinking of, people who eat absolutely no animal products are often called "Vegans." There are other types though, some of which include milk, eggs, poultry or fish in their diets (I think this makes a great deal of sense since there are some vitamins and minerals that are difficult to get from non-animal sources). Anyways, I just thought I'd tell you that you're not a misnomer, you're just not a Vegan :) Omnivorously Yours, Trace ------------------------------ End of alt.music.moxy-fruvous digest V1 #256 ********************************************
