I believe in general candies in the US are a tad sweeter than they are in Canada. Even candies by the same name are made less sweet in Canada, market research show we aren't as sweet as Americans I guess :) Ambush Bug wrote: > > It is my understanding that Smarties in England (and apparently Canada) > are similar to M&Ms (candy covered choclate) in the United States. > Smarties in the USA are as you have said. > > Mike > > Remember when Fred the Eternal Snail said: > : For general elucidation, the American "smarties" are the hard version > : of pixi stix. :-} Seriously, they're pastel colored candies made out > : of compressed powdered sugar and a little (very little...) flavoring. > : They come in cellophane rolls with about twenty smarties in a roll. > : They're about 5/16 of an inch across, 1/8 deep, and concave on both > : sides. > > -- > It's not not it's net. > Try Koplio's Story! From the FAQ's on fruvous.com....... <<<<. The second, taped in New York City in December of 1996, was run by Jason Reiser. Both shows are widely available; ask for them, and you'll likely get a friendly Fruhead to tape one for you. There are, of course, many other bootlegs available, and many people are eager to trade or acquire them, so keep your eyes open and feel free to ask if you're looking for a particular show for your own, personal, use. >>>> Any one have this tape?
