I'm sure he'll brandish it in your face if you'd like. Oh, wait, you probably mean tablature tab. Right. Well, O'Malley has that too. Checkout www.fruvous.com (endearingly known as FDC). There's a Moxy's Music section that contains fan contributed guitar tab/chords for a lot of tunes. And if the tune you are looking for isn't there, you can probably ask and someone could tab it out for you (and stick it on FDC then too). Hope that helps! - Chad Notes: AFTAB = Aiming for the ass brand TAB = the ass brand Chris O'Malley = proud owner of ass which holds said brand and keeper of FDC PS I apologize for any images of Chris brandishing things that may be stuck in your head now ------------------------------ Date: 3 Aug 1998 23:13:37 GMT From: fruwench@aol.com (FruWench) Subject: Re: Thank You Fruvous Fans!!! A skirt and/or sarong are not necessarily equivalent to a kilt and this certainly was not a kilt. It wasn't plaid either. Apparently you weren't there, so I suggest you keep your know-it-all attitude to yourself. What a stupid thread this is becoming. ------------------------------ Date: 4 Aug 1998 23:07:10 GMT From: dalevy@aol.com (DALevy) Subject: Re: "chompin' off dave's head ..." >I hope you can understand why some people might be rubbed the >wrong way by technophobic generalizations. I think if you listen to the comments in context, you wouldn't consider them "technophobic generalizations." Seems to me that Jian's comments about technology (he's not the only one who voices these opinions) are aimed at raising our awareness about the impact of the inventions. He'd probably be one of the first people to talk about the positive impacts of things like the Internet. But how many of us would want to lose the face-to-face interaction of an in-person meeting? So many of us only look at one dimension. Fruvous pushes people to think a bit harder, not necessarily to agree with everything they say. This is a good thing. Thanks to whomever said "the answer's in the FAQ" (which reminds me afresh, this is the third question from the FAQ that's come up in a month; I have GOT to update and repost the thing!), and I'll iterate what I said there: Jian clearly doesn't like being pegged as a heterosexual, with antics such as saying "I was looking straight" instead of "straight ahead" in MBLABOA and his performance with the "Eddie Vedder guy" this past Saturday. But whether he is gay, straight, bisexual, or really political and gay-friendly is not something he has ever publicly stated, nor is it our business. You are free to form your own opinions or hypotheses, but please remember that those are yours and yours alone and may not be accurate. ceecee, being all serious for once ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 3 Aug 1998 16:26:22 -0500 From: Christy Subject: Re: Is Jian Gay? I think he likes to remain ambiguous, but the last show they played in Champaign, IL, he hit on my friend, and set her up on the guest list for their performance in Chicago later that month. And after the kiss he gave her that night, I doubt he's gay, maybe bi, but everyone loves you when you're bi!
