My only point was that movie ratings don't carry near the amount of negative meaning that those little stickers do (with the possible exception of NC-17). I wish we could make everyone see that it is the parent that is responsible for the child until a certain age. Government should not dictate what is good, ethical, or moral. Actually, I have major problems with senators and other representatives who decide to campaign or write legislation based of their own personal views and beliefs. Um, hello! You are responsible to the majority views of those who voted for you. In student government, I voted for several things I personally disagreed with, but knew that the constituents that I represented were for them. Sucks, and is hard to do, but that's the way they SHOULD be doing things...
