Good Omens is my absolute most favouritest book ever! *grin* I recently read another novel by Neil Gaiman (who co-wrote Good Omens with Terry Pratchett.) It was much darker than his work with Pratchett, but still very good, and still managed to be humorous... I found a whole bunch of new favourite quotes for the quotes section I'm going to get around to putting on my web page sometime before the end of the millenium. Like this one: Door, of the Marquis: "The Marquis de Carabas is a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur." or this one... Marquis to Islington: "Don't you think they'll notice you're back? Just 'Oh look, there's another angel. Here, grab a harp and on with the Hosannas'?" Sorry. *grin* But it's just such a good book! OK, I know I posted this before, but now, I'm kinda getting desperate. Would anyone in the Rochester area be willing to give another loyal Fruhead a ride to the show on Thurseday? Pretty please? Like others that have posted, I am willing to help pay for gas and tolls. I know that this is kinda last minute, but I'm out of ideas. If anyoen can, please e-mail me and I would be most appreciated.
