Since Ofer has completed the mail<>news gateway, it is possible for those who are Usenet-challenged or those who wish to receive messages via email to participate in the discussions. A separate mailing list would not give a subscriber any of the posts from this group, thus depriving them of all the wonderful people on here and their lovely messages.
