Did anyone else around here ever have a Fruvous related dream?> Okay, I wasn't going to admit this because it made me feel like a teeny-bopper, but I HAVE had a frudream. Kind of a dull one, but still... I was walking down the street with Mike, Jian and Dave. I got all worried about Murray because he wasn't there... and then I woke up and was STILL worried about Murray because he wasn't there. Where was he?? Was this some horrible, horrible premonition?? I went downstairs and had some cocoa and felt much better. ******************************************************************** Sharon samoq@aol.com "Know thyself? Hm, yah, there wouldn't be much stuff that Moxy could really cover well. Although I think they could do an AWESOME acoustic/harmony version of The Trees. Most of the post-Moving Pictures stuff wouldn't work well in an acoustic format. As far as Moxy knowing about them, I'm pretty sure they know them, especially since both of the groups are from the Toronto area. Some people credit Rush with opening the American market to canadian bands. While I wouldn't give Rush SOLE credit for that, they certainly helped. :) Starfox "Canada uses our army as a proxy. :)" - -- Starfox starfox (at) nationwide dot net "We each pay a fabulous price, for our visions of paradise." - Rush "Mission" ------------------------------ Date: 26 Jun 1998 23:57:00 GMT From: ear1wmg@aol.com (Ear1WMG) Subject: Barenaked Ladies Pull Online-Only "Stunt" The new Barenaked Ladies album, "Stunt," will be released on July 7... I know Canada's army may be an easy target (no pun intended), but didn't Canada send more troops to the Gulf War than the US? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that would mean Canada's millitary sent over a significantly larger percentage of their armed forces over there, since they have about 1/10th the population of the US. My guess is they would also have more than 3 tanks.
