Thanks Amy - (and anyone else in a similar situation) I have free access to some pretty decent scanners at my (now former) school. So if y'all want to send me the pictures over snail-mail, I'll be happy to scan them for you and e-mail them to Chris. That's odd...I was checking out their website (my goodness...I TOO was at work and had absolutely nothing more important to do!), and it sounded like Dave was generally very talkative in concert. Is that true? (I REALLY need to buy some plane tickets and go see them...or somehow convince them that they REALLY need to play in California...) And what about the Kirk King intro? Is that Dave doing the Shatner impression? (I ask since that's what just played) Oh, and one other, off-topic thing: You may know Fnord as one thing, but I was always under the impression that it was a lovely side dish to go with sheep brains in milk gravy. - -- Dave Wilson Bass, baritone, V.P. off in the future Long distance Fru-head, FOB, MSTie, MacMarine and otherwise all-around big hairy goofball ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 23 Jun 1998 06:18:35 -0700 From: take.a.look@my.sig (David Wilson) Subject: Re: Who's who on Live Noise? I just got the first roll of pics developed from the Ft. Smith concert and will hopefully be scanning them in sometime Real Soon Now(tm). Some were blurry, but there were a couple of really good shots of Mike during Spiderman and Grampa Fruvous. There's an excellent one of Dave during King of Spain as well. There's probably about 6 or so definite scan material. Hmm well I'd say Jian and Mike are definitely the most talkative... especially Jian who tends to tell long 10-15 minute stories (at least at the shows I've been to). Dave and Murray are a little quieter, but both talk a fair amount too (Moxy has got to be one of the most talkative in-concert bands out there...) : And what about the Kirk King intro? Some very excellent stage shots. Hopefully I'll get them scanned in and mailed off sometime this week.
