Tribute band/Forum members "The Pirate Twins" will be performing on Saturday night in the UK, followed the next night by what will likely be a once-in-a-lifetime gig by Thomas and Friends in London. I'm not in the loop at all about what surprises there will be at both of these concerts. I imagine it will be quite something. I had planned on being there, but I took a spin on that nasty wheel of fate, and I came up with empty pockets *and* sick as a dog (so, I can rationalize, it's better that I'm not traveling overseas this week!) Really looking forward to hearing reports from all the lucky ducks in attendance. I'll be cheering from here - probably in a coffee shop with another member of the Dolby Forum who just happens to live not a mile away from me. We'll soak our sorrows in overpriced coffee and raise our mugs toward the Atlantic. If you will be there, please chime in - all of us stuck at home will be looking forward to your stories!! Cheers and best wishes from the dirty snow pile formerly known as the DC 'burbs, Melissa ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V14 #6 **************************
