I hope you are doing ok. I lost my sister several years ago, so while I don't presume to know what you are personally going through, I know what a difficult time it was for me. I really will be thinking of you and your family, you have my deepest sympathy. I also wanted to add that I do appreciate everything you do for the Alloy community. I consider it a valuable service and it makes me happy to know you're out there. It was insane - and there was a lot of bottle-throwing for a dance in a confined space. It was very, very surreal. Good, but surreal. Gave a good listen to TGAOW this weekend on a long, unplanned car trip. I always have to listen to "Weightless" when I'm driving "all over New Jersey." It's good to hear the tracks on a cold, clear evening as the sky darkens near the coast. Atmosphere both natural and synthetic. My sister died last week, and I do apologize to you all for having my mental filter turned off. I appreciate that there are so many folks who still turn to Alloy for Dolby updates. As long as there are people who look forward to Alloy posts and being part of the community, I'll keep the doors open. Best, Melissa - -- "Success is not a function of individual talent. And thank you for being the glue that holds this Alloy family together. I think you make a pretty great sister yourself.
