It was insane - and there was a lot of bottle-throwing for a dance in a confined space. It was very, very surreal. Good, but surreal. Gave a good listen to TGAOW this weekend on a long, unplanned car trip. I always have to listen to "Weightless" when I'm driving "all over New Jersey." It's good to hear the tracks on a cold, clear evening as the sky darkens near the coast. Atmosphere both natural and synthetic. My sister died last week, and I do apologize to you all for having my mental filter turned off. I appreciate that there are so many folks who still turn to Alloy for Dolby updates. As long as there are people who look forward to Alloy posts and being part of the community, I'll keep the doors open. Best, Melissa - -- "Success is not a function of individual talent. I guess it's time for me to start saving my pennies: http://blog.thomasdolby.com/?p=604 Also, be sure to view TMDR's recent blog entries about his boat and the misbehaving wind turbine. Don't miss the comments on the entry titled "Too Much Windpower?" All I'm going to say is, I will never think of bats in quite the same way ever again. Potent, crazed, supercharged male bats. Oh, you're intrigued now, I bet. ;) MJ - -- "Success is not a function of individual talent. AirX's are famous for their trailbike blade flutter, and the last place I'd put one is on top of a recording studio. Re the second link: aah, my eyes!!!
