It just seems like a bit of a scam, but that may just be my deeply-rooted cheapness. Out of curiosity, I went to see if Verizon offered any Dolby ringtones. Alas, no ringtones, although they have three *ringback* tones from A&H (Close But No Cigar, Eastern Bloc, and I Love You Goodbye). I do like the possibility of people calling me hearing "Eastern Bloc" when they dial my number, but I'm puzzled by why there are no actual ringtones to go along with those ringback guys. Grrr. I am afraid if I get a ringback tone installed, my family will consistently hang up on me, thinking they've dialed something other than me. (They are not the most tech- and pop culture-savvy folks around.) But it might create a new Dolby fan or two. :) Hope you are all well today. It's a very subdued day here at work. The quiet is palpable. Now it is gone. I loved it, whenever someone called me they would always ask what it was. We need more choices. Maybe time to switch carriers! It is better to ne silent and thought a fool then to open your moth and remove all doubt.
