I hope I remembered your name correctly--I got a little overzealous with the deleting last week, so I had to rely on my memory. I read your Alloy post about your suspicion that you might have autism, and yep, it could be, and you're probably the only person who can figure it out. Diagnosis and/or help isn't readily available for adults, so many of "us" have self-diagnosed. I just wanted to pass on a few links. :^) You might want to check out , which is a site started by a man, Alex Plank (sp?) with Asperger's syndrome, and it's a very active site, by and for very smart people with (usually) impaired social skills, but everyone is welcome. :^) Also, I found a link to a quiz through a post at Wrong Planet, titled "How close to autistic are you?", and, out of 50 points, I got 42. So there's no way to deny it now, but I'm still coming to terms with it. Here's the link: Oh, and if you believe yourself to be autistic, don't mention it to your employ- er!
