Thanks for this - I remember watching this on channel 4 in the UK when it was first shown - I didnt realise Thomas was involved at the time but remember thinking that sounds like Thomas in the background and couldnt believe it when i saw the credits at the end. A fellow Thomas fan once passed me on a disc with the tunes on but ive always wanted to see the whole thing again - it can be obtained on DVD but only as part of a boxset which at this time is a bit expensive but cant wait to check it out on youtube. All the best to all. Hey everybody, I just finished up my cover version of Thomas's 'Weightless'. You can hear it on my MySpace profile, but since they recompress mp3s into oblivion, I also put it on the front page of my official site. The tracks will be up there for only a couple weeks. Cheers, and Happy Thanksgiving to all on this side of the pond! As a producer - I must say that this absolutely blows me away. Bravo! A great song to begin with - tastefully and nicely updated. I'd love to know studio details on the recording. jm On Nov 21, 2007, at 5:01 AM, William Steffey wrote: > > Hey everybody, > I just finished up my cover version of Thomas's 'Weightless'. Hi John, It's just a regular 4-drywalled second bedroom. I've got one okay mic, a Pod for guitar/bass, Sonar6 & Reason. I started with a four-track when I was 12, so I pretty much learned to make do with whatever's around. Ok, I admit it. I do run two monitors!
