Oh, Crackers, Thank you for finding this! I distinctly remember when it occurred because I had recently started graduate school and didn't have cable. I begged my neighbor to let me come over and watch it but the tv schedule screwed up and he wasn't on the night he was supposed to be and I never was able to see it. I consoled myself with the knowledge that it was a lousy interview according to TMDR's dad. He wrote me that Joan had little or no idea who Thomas was nor did she show any interest in finding out. How nice of Thomas to say she was beautiful, eh? When I could get the television to work at all, my favorite shows at the time were Max Headroom and The Bronx Zoo! When Martin told me TMDR was dating a woman from the latter show, I assumed it was the blond woman who didn't seem very nice. I was quite relieved to learn it was Kathleen, whose character I could really relate to (a good Catholic girl!). And since you guys are somewhat sympathetic towards me (!?), let me say how surreal the whole Mark Hudson thing is. Back when I was a preteen, I had a huge crush on the Hudson Brothers (I know, Melissa, that at least *you *must remember them). Now to have recently seen Mark play with both Mark Hart from Crowded House (no need to tell you my feelings about them) as part of Ringo Starr's band and TMDR, it really boggles the mind. And he's not that great of a musician! It really is a small world... Crackers, good to see you posting again and I hope that things turn around in your life very soon! The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show on Saturday morning. I *so* remember watching that - it was on the year after my family moved to Illinois, so that had to be 1974 or 1975 - somewhere between Watergate and Jimmy Carter in my fuzzy memory. There was a lot of feathered hair and shirts with really wide pointy collars on that show. Ah, the 70s... MJ - -- "We all have ability.
