I discovered that the #2 guy on the bill is Frank Serafine, whom I met at the TEC Awards Show in October. He's buddies with my friend Jeff Harris (they did a bunch of soundtrack work together in the 80s-- movies like Tron, etc.) He is a really cool guy, and really knows his stuff. This would be a great show to see. Unfortunately, I'm lecturing on podcasting that night. BTW, speaking of Tron (how often does that phrase come up in conversation these days, eh?)... I recently interviewed the dude who made his own Tron suit and ended up wearing it on the Jimmy Kimmel Show. They set him up on blind dates - he wore the suit on the dates, of course. Apparently, I'm the first interviewer to ask him about his "weapon of choice": http://merujo.blogspot.com/2007/01/one-dozen-questions-with-jay-maynard.html I'd love to do one of my "dozen questions" interviews with TMDR, but I think his dance card is pretty full these days with actual journalists (as opposed to dorks with blogs.) This post brought to you by the Master Control Program. ;) Melissa - --------------------------------- Don't be flakey. Get Yahoo!
