I used to own an HR-16, and I've also had a Yamaha unit, and my beloved old Roland TR-707. If you like this guy--check out Futureman--who is the "drummer" for Bela Fleck and the Flecktones. Wow. Howdy, John! Right now, I'm sketching out ideas for a new website for Alloy. Robin built an Alloy page long ago (thank you, Robin!) And I figured it was time to update it - have a spot with links to listmembers' webpages, journals, blogs, photos, whatever folks want, along with quick links to the archive, list info page, etc. (and, of course, to the official TMDR site!) It will be a simple page, but I'm hoping to make it look pretty spiffy. :) Keep in mind, I'm not a web designer, so this will take some time. Hopefully, not geologic time, but I move like mud. If we have any web designers in the group who want to help out, let me know! I'm hoping folks might be interesting in doing a new Alloy t-shirt this year - with the advent of places like CafePress, it will be a breeze to do this time around. :) I loved the "world tour" element we had on the last one, lo those many years ago. Time for another round? Cheers, Melissa http://merujo.blogspot.com John McJunkin wrote: Merujo, Did you say "new Alloy webpage?" Did you just make news? Did you just spill the beans?
