So it's a little 'off-color'. But as Keith has shown, that's exactly what he looked like to the uninitiated. And he's not playing just for the bunch of us nutters who are already crazy about him. There's a new generation out there who won't pay attention to it unless it waxes of something sinister. And Dominik does comic book art. French comic book art...the world's best. (Twisted, perverse, sexy and funny.) Maybe there's some savvy marketing going on....how fun it must be to be able to reinvent yourself over and over again. I asked Lunesse over on the official forum if she could have Thomas explain to the folks how he chose his tour name, but she didn't respond. I'm not to keen on the tour name either - I guess I just don't get the connection. Sole Inhabitant tour - yeah I like that. - -Keith - --------------------------------- Yahoo! I do like the way his look for this tour is an extension of his "mad scientist" look from the 80's. Sort of what you might imagine that character would have become given more resources and power over the last 20 years or so. More "new toys". The mad scientist evolves into the evil genius. Forget all those beret wearing tech company CEO years. That was another character. That was what evolved from the guy who marketed "the cube" for the space alien George Clinton. - -Keith - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Patrick McMillan" To: Sent: Monday, March 13, 2006 11:52 PM Subject: Re: Alloy: Ice-cold concert poster... > > Kara deftly notes: > >> thinking that this tour poster would make an excellent basis for >> some kind of comic book or something, you know, one of the cult >> ones... > > > Yeah!
