Volume 1 of The Old Grey Whistle Test is available from Amazon.com, so presumably
Vol 2 will make its way to you sometime...

Cool, my Amazon search skills must be bad.

Just spent a weekend in Toronto (free downtown hotel... how could I say
no?). Man... does it ever make me realize just how little I appreciated
Toronto when I lived there.

Went into a bunch of used record stores. Saw about a dozen copies of Golden
Age of Wireless and a few of Astronauts and Heretics. The same two CDs I
always see in the used stores. Then finally I found a CD of Aliens ate my
Buick. Woohoo! Finally something to replace my nearly worn out cassette
tape.

The extra cool thing was seeing the picture on the inside of the CD booklet.
The one where Thomas is feeling up his wife and looking like Jerry Lewis on
his first date. "Hoy! Nice lady!". That picture isn't on the cassette
J-card.

The other fun part is the pictures of The Lost Toy People... man... do those
pictures scream 1980s! Oh that wonderful whacky 80's hair.

Our good buddy Mike Kapitan doesn't look all that muppetish in his photo. In
fact, he's looking pretty damned cute in his picture if I do say so as a
heterosexual male type guy. I think I've dated less attractive looking
women. So, um... Thomas... when you did that Brenda O'Leary performance with
The Lost Toy People, were you the only one in drag or might I be finding
picture of Mike in drag somethere out there on the internet? ~_^

I still say that Aliens Ate My Buick and The Golden Age Of Wireless have two
of the best album covers ever.
