Reminded me of something I hadn't thought of for quite some time. I grew up near Port Dover, a fishing community on Lake Erie. When I was a kid there was a bad storm and one of the commercial fishing boats went down. The last message sent by the ship's captain was "We're going down, dear god, what a way to die." I had nightmares for months about turning on a radio and hearing that final broadcast.
