I today received my cd copy of the Salz remixes of One Of our Submarines - & I
am very impressed.
Being brought up on New Wave - I expected the CD with trepidation - but I was
very much mistaken - over 60 minutes of music - including the version by
Thomas from Forty - and various versions of the tunes - even the cd sleeve is
great with the still from the Live Wireless video of the sailers on the top of
the Sub.
I f anyone hasnt ordered the Cd - if it helps - I am happy I did.
The shop I ordered it from Formic Records in Germany - were also very quick -
i emailed my credit card number on Wednesday 16th & received the CD in the UK
this morning - Saturday 19th.
Paul.

Hmm, I can't believe no one has mentioned this yet. BC, what is my
male and better-looking counterpart doing?!
I don't know whether to be appalled or amused. I haven't heard it yet
but I hate the idea of TMDR being lumped in the same category as
the Baha Men and the Rally Monkey. Oh well, at least some charities
will benefit.

Holy Cow! This is news to me, and I live here...but then I don't listen
to KFRC, and generally eschew all things baseball...
I can't imagine this one selling outside the Bay Area. Should I start
taking orders? :)

Seriously, Brian, if you come across this while wandering around SF, I do
want a copy. And for the rest of the country who really doesn't give a
damn otherwise, you might want to have the World Series games on the telly
in the background while you do other things since I hope they will play
Thomas' "new" song.
D'ya think that Lene will rerecord her song "Angels" in rebuttal?
Yeah, definitely, go Giants! It's nice to root for a winning team for a
change (the Cubs are going on a century since the last time they were in a
World Series!).
