It wasn't quite perfect but after spending several hundred hours on the thing as well as running out of time, I thought it turned out pretty good. Other than various points of poor quality, I thought it was one of my best works ever. And the cool thing about that is that Teresa was my inspiration for it! I kinda hit a dry spot for years there but she has re-ignited my creativity. Only problem is, lately I havn't had any time to use it! Perhaps once we settle down. Did everyone else receive our wedding invitation (those of you who asked for one)? I know Keith got his and I'm sure we'll be seeing him (since he does live in the same city). ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 13 Apr 2002 13:27:50 -0600 From: "Keith Stansell" Subject: Re: Alloy: Wedding days are here You bet I'll be there. Feel free to contact me at luckeys71@cox.net if any Alloy members are interested. Hmmm...a name for the "Hot Sauce" alter ego. How about "El Dingo Gringo"-I believe I've been referred to by that name by my Mexican friends myself! That reminds me of one of my favorite Simpsons scenes -- in the Who Shot Mr Burns episode, when Tito Puente performs to show how he would rather slay Mr Burns in song than for real, they call him "El diablo con dinero," the devil with money. Eldiablo Condinero! :) i really need to go back and watch that video now. > Your cat is adorable, I'm insanely jealous of your view - and couldn't you > grow some red peppers on your lanai? The sad looking little plant in the center is a red pepper plant. I'm not sure how it is doing. it doesn't look so good, but it hasn't changed in a week, so I guess it's not dead yet... I've started working a lot more from home since I got the view! :) - -- ______________________________________________________________________ Dr. Barbara Cohen, lunatic bcohen@higp.hawaii.edu Hawaii Institute of Geophysics & Planetology (808) 956-3901 (office) University of Hawaii at Manoa (808) 956-6322 (fax) Honolulu, HI 96822 http://www.higp.hawaii.edu/~bcohen/ ______________________________________________________________________ ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V7 #74 **************************
