I've been offline for awhile as my wife and I started 2002 by moving into a new house so I'm just now catching up on Alloy posts. Kudos to Robin and Dave for a fine job on the production of "40" and I would love to get a poster print of the cover to inspire me to look as good as Thomas when I hit the big four oh! I must've waited a bit longer before ordering a copy as my disc is #223 and is certainly one of the highest so far. What a treat to hear Thomas live again but also a reminder of the incredible musical talent sitting dormant in this talented individual. In regards to Mary's inquiry on the Joan Rivers show appearance I do have this on tape but at the present time only have one VCR and no dubbing capabilities. I'm working on getting another unit and would be happy to make you a copy as soon as I can. Thomas talked at length about the Dolby lab lawsuit and performed Hyperactive! and SBMWS if I recall. I also have that 1985 Grammy appearance with Howard Jones, Herbie Hancock, and Stevie Wonder that I keep meaning to dub for interested parties as soon as I resolve my VCR shortage. Thanks again to Thomas for helping 2002 to get off to a fantastic start and good wishes to all! M.L. ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V7 #14 **************************
