Just de-lurked to ask a question that I've always wondered about every time I pull out A&H to play it... does anybody elses copy have the plastic CD tray with tiny tiny gold speckles throughout the plastic? You know, the usually black plastic tray that the CD clips into. In this case (or my case!) the plastic is not quite black and showered with the aforementioned gold specks which relect light. I too bought my copy I think either the day it came out in the UK, or at most the second day. To my knowledge I've never heard anyone else mention it? I'd like to think it was intended (perhaps following on from the sleeve of TFE where Thomas is panning for gold) and not just an "impure" plastic. Any comments? While I'm here I'll also give myself a rating of 4 in the 'Seven Degrees of Thomas'. 1. Me to Julian Lennon (After a gig of his back in the bar, I asked him for his autograph and being "slightly drunk" I asked him if he had REALLY painted the picture of Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds, to which he replied thrusting the paper back into my hands "...Course I f***in' did..."!) 2. Julian to John - obviously. 3. John to David Bowie - 'Fame'. 4. David to Thomas - as we all know. Bye, Stephen Harris. Stephen C. Just found this webpage today. http://www.prepal.com They track all ebay and newsgroup sales of music equipment and give you the average going price as well as the price trend for the gear and the original list price of the gear too. It's pretty fricken cool really. Just something to know if you're wondering if you're paying too much, or selling for too little. Thought the musicians here might get a kick out of it.
