Welcome Back Dabbitt!! :) So nice to see you again! What have you been up to lately? I've just heard from Thomas & he mentioned stumbling across this interview: http://www.usc.edu/isd/publications/networker/96-97/Jan_Feb_97/innerview-dol by.html It's one I think (and he thinks) has been posted here before but just in case anyone has missed it or wants to read it again, and also for our new members, here's a repost. It's a great interview! Hope everyone's well. I'm afraid I may be relegated to lurker-mode for a little while because of work, but I'm still around of course..! xxxx Robin T ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 29 Oct 2001 03:44:30 +0800 From: "Andy Venables" Subject: Alloy: MP3, Rocky Horror Hi all, While trying to recover from the mind-f*** that is "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", screened last night on UK TV (any fans on here?!), I just thought I'd point out that RazorLame is a bleddy good way to encode MP3. Download it from http://www.dors.de/razorlame/ It's a friendly 'front end' to the renowned LAME encoder. BTW, is Tim Curry (Frank-N-Furter) the voice on that Toxic Love TMDR track (Ferngully)? Sounds like it could well be the one and same... Other notable Tim Curry appearances are the butler in Clue, Darkness in Legend, etc... As a matter of fact, I am with the only cast who has actually performed Rocky on Disney property! About three Halloweens ago we did Rocky at the theaters at Pleasure Island (a night club type complex at Walt Disney World). I played the part of Eddie. It was a blast. - -Russell Milliner milliner@pobox.com http://www.pobox.com/~milliner/ Andy Venables wrote: > > Hi all, > While trying to recover from the mind-f*** that is > "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", screened last night > on UK TV (any fans on here?!) > > BTW, is Tim Curry (Frank-N-Furter) the voice on that > Toxic Love TMDR track (Ferngully)?
