So anyway, here I am just logging in for my daily web fix and just chucked on the CD. Skipped past Hyperactive! and She Blinded Me (not in that kind of mood) and settled into I Scare Myself... ...logged into one of my other accounts and there was some spam from dhicks3345@kilten.co... Thought that was kinda amusing :o) Cheers, +AndyJ+ - -- _______________________________________________ FREE Personalized E-mail at Mail.com http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup Talk More, Pay Less with Net2Phone Direct(R), up to 1500 minutes free! http://www.net2phone.com/cgi-bin/link.cgi?143 ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 29 Sep 2001 23:37:49 -0400 From: "Robin Thurlow" Subject: Re: Alloy: Postpunk Chronicles etc Russ wrote: > It is a Citroen. This car definitely seems to suit his character. You must have watched the show too - or at least, done something logical like do a quick search for it on a Buffy website somewhere. I think I must be the greatest non-driving car enthusiast on earth. But cars fascinate me... I wonder if there are any kits for making one? Now *that* would be cool. Incidentally, one of our lurkers (who may wish to remain unnamed?) has come to my rescue about the Postpunk Chronicles CD featuring "Airwaves". The link to it is: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/cddiscounters/rh75333.html if anyone else would like to order it for a very good price. This lurker has also contributed a picture of an item for the TMDR "Curio" project, which is to feature the various memorabilia & publicity for his recording career. For everyone who's generously contributed imagery to the project, I would liek to let you know the project is still very much underway. I'm now consulting with a designer about the ideas I've developed, which are drawings on paper right now, with lots of directional arrows showing the link paths. I have come to realise recently that, though I've tried my best for years to really get enthusiastic about computers, I actually really hate them for design work because I can't touch the things with my hands and get a feel for them. It's exactly like trying to make love through plate glass - very frustrating! But regardless, the project is still going forward. Also, the Alloy calendar will be making its long awaited return in time to cover the October birthdays & will hopefully continue uninterrupted from that month forward. Photos/artwork and suggestions are of course always welcome. xxxx RobinT ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V6 #257 ***************************
