I don't know very much at all about the background of this song, so it may well have been an influence, I'm guessing. Is it a novel, or something factual about rainforests? Baby is definately kicking, punching and letting me when to eat and to move into a more comfortable position. Really liked what was said about Luxemberg. I think I heard here on Alloy that Dolby's song "One of our Submarines" is about an incident in one of the world wars. Don't remember which one. He does seem to like to write songs about significant happenings in the past. The History Channel has shows on WWII constantly. Anyway, gotta get back to work. Will try to come out of lurking mode a little more often. Kate;-) Yahoo! Shopping - Thousands of Stores. "Mulu the Rainforest" is an account of an expedition into the rainforest, about the people they met and what they saw and did - I can't remember too much as I read it a long time ago. I've never seen the film, and I don't think I've ever heard Thomas mention this in his list of film score credits. Or, is one of his already-released songs simply featured in the film? Robin T baffled !!! (but getting only three hours' sleep last night has made *everything* seem baffling today) ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V5 #280 ***************************
