But I did finally find a job. I was only unemployed for more than two months! I couldn't believe it! I only had two interviews with clients for jobs that they decided didn't need to be filled, during that two months. Then all of a sudden, on a Thursday and a Friday, three interviews lined up for Friday and Monday, and they all looked hot! I ended up taking the first one and cancelling the other two interviews and started working that Monday! Why couldn't that have happened two months ago!!! So as you can guess, I'm waiting for a few phone calls asking for money I havn't got. It's going to take me until October to get completely caught up on my bills! ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2000 10:10:59 -0400 From: "Michael and Denise Luckey" Subject: Re: Alloy: Song of the Week - Valley of the Mind's Eye Continuing with this thread again-this has to rank as one of my favorite Dolby compositions and shows the remarkable range this man has with his voice. To me the song is a love song written to a lifelong companion and sits like the eye of the hurricane in the blitzkrieg of musical technology that is assembled on "The Gate To The Mind's Eye". Just a wonderful song! I think that's interesting. The song's literal text is a man talking to a woman, but we all mention dads, children, companions, and friends. - -- Elaine Linstruth Palmdale, CA (USA) On Wed, 16 Aug 2000, Michael and Denise Luckey wrote: > Continuing with this thread again-this has to rank as one of my favorite > Dolby compositions and shows the remarkable range this man has with his > voice.
