Maybe it was thought that it would be redundant to *say* he was dropping bombs when they could just show it? It's interesting to know the rationale behind these things. Perhaps Thomas could enlighten us? Another random thought: Had the song been written today, would the line be "drop some bombs on Tony Blair or Billy Clinton"? BC (who can't think of any good variations of pastry abuse right now...) (wait, how about "cupcake mauling"?) ("donut beating?")
