Hi Melissa, if you remember the guy who sold it said that it was in mint condition. Well 'mint' to me means that right after it was purchased it was put away in a nice protective envelope and had not seen the light of day since. I complained a lot as I ended up paying more for this than it was really worth. The condition was good to very good but mint it was not. The contents are quite interesting though. I am currently putting together my TMDR discography into a format that I can deliver to the web. Once I get that far I'll let you know the http address and you can take a look yourself. I have found that all the other discographies I have seen so far have inconsistencies and holes. I think mine is the most complete that I have seen so far as it also includes all the promo releases that I have been able to find out about - and there are lots of them I can tell you! Although I only intend documenting the solo work I will also be including info about the merchandise etc. that I have managed to get my grubby little hands on. It's very time intensive and no doubt will take me a while yet to complete but I'm working on it. I never saw TMDR live which is a big regret. I suppose that's why I'm on this collecting crusade... The man is still alive and kicking. Who knows, if he ever decides to do some small live work again (as he has himself said he would like to) maybe we will be lucky enough to be invited. Wouldn't that be a gas. If I ever get some time I'll scan the pages. I would like to see the backstage passes and anything else that you have. I have a Flat Earth sweatshirt that I recently acquired. If you want anymore Flat Earth info let me know. I would be very in seeing what you have. Oh yeah, I just remembered I have just bought and autographed copy of the album too. jetlagged and dazed... Well according to my records the following exist: Live Wireless, Live Video VHS 1983 UK Picture Music International TVE 90 1957 2 PAL Live Wireless, Live Video LD 198? UK ? ? PAL Live Wireless, Live Video LD 1983 JP LDC MP131 (Y5,480; "Radio Wireless") NTSC Does anyone have any more info about the UK release of the LD as I can't find any trace of it and I'm trying to get all the holes filled in in my discography. There is also a US release which I don't have any info about... I did it in October and I have finally gotten over the shock when I look in the mirror. So far the reaction has been good. None of my relatives have seen my new look, but I did warn them on the phone so they are expecting it Christmas. I'm not sure what I will do with the yard. I'm a bit new to the idea of having a yard. I hope I can keep the grass from dying. I do think something needs to go in near the front steps. It looks a bit plain there. At least I have some time to plan what I will do. You are right, I can't wait to move in. I close on the house tomorrow, so I feel like a kid the day before Christmas. I wish I could speed the day up so I can go ahead and start moving in. One of the things I look forward to is listening to my TMDR at a respectable volume without worrying about disturbing my neighbors. - -Keith - ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Wednesday, December 15, 1999 10:02 PM Subject: Re: Alloy: Keith's hair/gardening ideas (was:I am in hell) > > In a message dated 12/15/99 4:47:16 PM Eastern Standard Time, > Keith@Stansell.com writes: > > :: Thanks, if you would like to see the house, and my new look (changed > hairstyles somewhat) you can go to : > http://www.concentric.net/~kasman/newlook.html :: > > Keith, I LOVE your new look!!!! If you're bored by dreams, please skip this post (though it's a very brief dream i promise!) I was having a perfectly average dream last week in which I was visiting one of my friends & helping him fold the laundry. Suddenly, who should walk in but Mr Dolby, who appeared to be in a bit of a hurry (and I've just realized that in these dreams, he's always rushing in from somewhere, and preparing to rush back out to somewhere else!) anyway, in a very matter of fact gesture, Thomas emptied his pockets onto the table in front of me and asked me if I could sort it all out for him. He had all this really neat change, best of which was a form of silver currency which you could wear on the ends of your fingers - very cool - and numerous strange objects. I did my best with it, and we chatted a little (another thing is that Thomas is always extremely cordial in these dreams!) - then he went hurrying away again! I now have another one to add to the Coffee dream, the Almost-hit-by-Thomas'-car dream, and the Too-much-sugar-makes-your-fillings-fall-out dream...
