(birthdays) The birthdays I already have in my little notebook are Kate's, Trevor's, Dabbitt's, Lissu's, Slarvi's, Thomas', Melissa's & Elaine's (if I'm right in remembering it's the same day as my wedding anniversary - Nov. 2nd - I know it's in the vicinity of it somewhere!) and now Electrix'. Please prompt me if you think I should have yours, but I haven't listed your name here. Old computer files have been lost in various crashes & I'm sure some vital information along with it... Excellent idea! I used to be able to do one in under a minute... another case of mis-spent youth :-) I just learnt the moves from a book of course, I could only do 2 layers otherwise. I've got the 4x4x4 one too, one with Swiss scenery on it, and a white one with Clubs/Diamonds/Spades/Hearts etc on it. And a pyramid one too. Never had the sphere or the barrel though :-( Or the dodecatetrahedron or whatever the funk it was. I reckon the profile shots as used in the Hyperactive! video would work nicely. - ---- >This would be somewhat in the spirit of the "May the Cube Be With You" 12" single, which had crop marks on the sleeve that could be cut to make the cover look like a cube in perspective. Yes, I should have bought one of those when I had the chance - my copy was already cut (properly - and sealed too I think, maybe that was done for later runs) - --- We've got a new Leftfield CD single at Hospital Radio Lions... on the back it says "contains a sample from Whodini's Magic Wand by Thomas Dolby..." or words to that effect. Guess how quickly I shoved it into a CD player! A very interesting 20 seconds or so. Then the California contingent, the "rocky Mountain" contingent. The Brits, the Finlanders, etc. This would make for some very interesting "reunions and Photos. My Brother and sister AND brother inlaw are all photogs with pro setups....this is one possibility.... Any one see what I am getting at here? Hiya! Hope this message gets thru... still waiting for my mail server correction. Did the first AAMBC release listed contributing side players in the line up? I don't have the tape on me to verify ..but I thought that since contributing musicians in WindPower and other tunes were not listed on the CD that they at least get recognized on the subsequent new web page as contributors.... Any thoughts? electrix ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 2 Dec 1999 19:47:18 -0700 From: "Keith Stansell" Subject: Re: Alloy: AAMBC after thought Hi everyone, I don't think the contributing musicians were listed on the original tape. I am sorry they didn't get included on the bride's CD. Please, send them to me and I will include them on the web page - which coincidently, I am working on at this moment. - -Keith - ----- Original Message ----- From: electrix .... > Did the first AAMBC release listed contributing side players in the > line up?
